Do you offer Gift Cards?
Our gift cards are available in $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200 increments only, with no additional processing fees. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain redemption instructions.
Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not. I think our dogs and cats would kick us out the house.
Are your ingredients safe?
All of our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to create safe, sustainable products that are:

2. paraben-free
3. phthalate-free
4. vegan
Our products are made using a premium fragrance oil blend that consists of essential oils and man-made materials.
Why Do You Use Synthetic Fragrances?
We use a premium blend of man-made and essential oils in our products, because they
1. allow us to provide you with more complex scent blends
2. are more sustainable to produce
3. allow us to offer our products at lower price points
4. allow our products to provide a better scent throw compared to 100% essential oil blends

What materials are recyclable?
We try to source the most eco-friendly material possible. Here is a (growing) list of materials that can be recycled (if something is not listed here, please reach out to us):
1. all glass jars (candles and reed diffusers)
2. rubber ring on the candle bamboo lid
3. plastic stopper on the reed diffuser jar
4. shipping box (also biodegradable)
5. shipping packaging (crinkle cut paper)
Some materials may not be recyclable, but they may be biodegradable.

What Ingredients Do You Use?
All of our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to create safe, sustainable products that are cruelty-free, paraben-free and phthalate-free.
Our candles use 100% soy wax and Premium Fragrance Oils.
How Fragrant Are Your Candles?
We fragrance our candles to the max to make sure you are getting the best quality for your money. People buy scented candles to fragrance their homes, we hope to help you with that.
To ensure your space is well-scented, we suggest using each product in the appropriately-sized space.

What Are The Candle Care Guidelines?
As our candles are 100% soy wax, there are some crucial things you must be aware of when using, storing and looking after your brand new candle.
Lighting time:
Allow the candle to burn right across the top layer of wax to avoid tunneling.
Minimum = 45 mins - 1 hour
Maximum = 4 hours
Wick Care:
Our candles come with the wick already pre-trimmed, however you should make sure your wick is trimmed to between 1/8″ – 3/16″ / 3.2mm – 4.8mm before lighting. If the wick is too long, the wax will not pull up the wick and the wick will extinguish.
Wooden wicks do need a little attention and tending to before each burn, similar to cotton wicks. Be sure to gently snap off the ash or burnt wood along the top edge of the wick and then light as usual.
If when burning the candle for a long period of time you notice the flame height getting too low, it may be necessary to tap off any excess ash or burnt wood along the top of the wick. The flame will then return to its proper optimal height.
What Are The Candle Safety Guidelines?
Always keep a burning candle within sight
Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire
Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets
Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris
Keep burning candles away from drafts, vents, ceiling fans and air currents
Always burn candles in a well-ventilated room
Stop burning your candle when only ¼” of wax remains
Never touch or move a burning candle
Place burning candles at least three inches apart from one another
Use a snuffer to extinguish a candle
Never extinguish using the candle lid
Never extinguish candles with water
Extinguish a candle if it repeatedly smokes or the flame becomes too high
Be very careful if using candles during a power outage
Never use a candle as a night light
Try not to store in direct sunlight
