Gift cards are delivered by email and contain redemption instructions. Please include your giftee's email address at checkout if you'd like the gift card sent directly to their inbox. Personalized gift notes are also available at checkout. Gift cards are available in $25, $50, $75 and $100 increments only and there are no additional processing fees!

Can I use my Flame Points to purchase gift cards?
Yes, absolutely. If you want to gift your points to friends or family through a gift card, by all means!

Can I purchase multiple gift cards in an order?
Yes, you can.

Can I gift multiple gift cards in an order to different people?
Absolutely! During checkout, choose “Gift To Someone Else” and you will see all your gift cards listed individually. Enter the Name and Email of the giftee for each gift card.

Can I schedule a gift card to be sent to the giftee in the future?
You bet! During checkout, after you select “Gift To Someone Else”, toggle the Deliver button to “Later”. Enter the Name, Email and the Date and Time you want the gift card to be sent.

My giftee said they never received their Gift Card.
Sometimes gift cards could end up in their junk mail box. If he/she cannot find it, they simply need to create an account (if they have not done so already) with the email address you sent the gift card to; the gift card will show during the checkout process.
